In ProductionThe Content Orchestra Pipeline is a fully automated content creation system that takes an article concept from idea to published blog post in under 30 minutes.
The pipeline works in stages: a Sonnet research agent gathers 80+ sources, parallel Sonnet writers draft articles in the author's voice, Gemini generates cover and inline images, and a Haiku agent handles the git operations to deploy to the blog.
Built as part of the 'Build Your Own Orchestra' series, this pipeline produced 5 articles, 19 images, researched 80+ sources, and deployed everything — all while the human was available for review and approval.

Challenges
The main challenge was maintaining voice consistency across articles written by different sub-agents. This required detailed voice guidelines in the prompts and a review pass to fix fabricated claims and incorrect attributions.
